Please bring a pair of shorts and for ladies a vest top, as for certain problems we will need to see the whole of your spine. Please feel free to bring a chaperone (compulsory for under 16's). We can of course provide a chaperone if you would like.

Ladies, please feel free to request a female practitioner.

Please bring your insurance details and authorisation as without this we will be unable to bill your insurance company directly and you will be liable for your fees. We do of course accept cheques, credit/debit cards and cash payments.
