From a small Osteopathic practice in 1978 Andrew Gilmour developed a good working relationship with local GPs at a time when Osteopaths were not referred to and were very much a complimentary medicine discipline.
 
That communication and working relationship led to mutual trust and the practice grew to over the first few years with increasing referrals from local doctors and satisfied patients returning in times of trouble.

New associates arrived and a partnership was formed in 1994 with Mark Piper and soon after as the team expanded and developed to move to larger premises where it currently runs in Fonnereau Road with an experienced team of Osteopaths, Physios and Doctors working together, the team approach emphasised by Marc Rapkin, Physiotherapist, becoming a partner in 2006.
