Helen qualified from University College London with a degree in Pharmacology and in Medicine.
She has been a GP in rural Suffolk since 1993, during which time she has endeavoured to maintain the ethos of a holistic family practice. She has always had a particular interest in women’s health and became one of the first British Menopause Society accredited Menopause Specialists.
She was until recently an Honorary Senior Lecturer at UEA, teaching gynaecology to medical students and she currently teaches the menopause to GP registrars.
She is in the process of becoming a British Menopause Society Menopause Specialist Trainer.
