I’ve been attending Katie’s Pilates classes weekly for a year now and after about 6 weeks I noticed I had much more strength and flexibility.

The classes can be hard work at times but not too challenging and Katie explains all the movements clearly.

I’m in my 60’s and reasonably fit and can honestly say I’ve really benefited from the sessions and enjoyed them.
