I am amazed, my back is fixed after physio and Pilates with Katie Witherley and I did not need an operation.

I visited Katie Witherley and started the daily exercises and saw Katie every week for 10 weeks. You get out what you put in and I certainly wanted to get rid of the debilitating pain, so I did what was suggested. Of course, that worked, I was getting better. I started weekly Pilates classes which are fun and topped up my own efforts.

Over 3 months I am now back pain free, stronger, and fitter. I have started running again and do not have to rest for 3 days after vacuuming or gardening. I thought it was my lot as I had had the pain for so long but seeking help and doing the
exercises regularly have given a working body back.
