Louise is a chartered physiotherapist with over 30 years experience in rehabilitation and is also a registered yoga practitioner. Combining these skills gives her a unique platform to deliver a truly holistic service in a safe and comfortable environment, especially for those new to yoga.
Louise’s passion for yoga has grown over the years and has been cemented by the overwhelming medical research and scientific evidence supporting the benefits of yoga. These benefits include:

Louise is passionate about sharing these health benefits with her patients and clients, ensuring her yoga practice is accessible to everyone, no matter what age or state of health. Sessions are centred around individual needs through; physical postures (asanas) and movement, breathing control (pranayama), mindful meditation and relaxation.

Louise works in small groups or 1:1, with the aim of restoring and building strength, making you feel comfortable within your body, understanding the connection between body, mind and breath to support the way we live our lives in today’s world.
